Power Pack’s 2-Year Limited Warranty
The Power Pack Conveyor Company (hereinafter referred to as “Power Pack”) warrants its equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment to the Original Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”). Use or service with corrosive materials, unless otherwise expressed, shall not be deemed normal use or service of its equipment. Power Pack’s sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any piece of equipment which shall, within two (2) years from the date of shipment, be demonstrated to have been defective at the time of shipment. Any repair, modifications, or replacement of equipment (mechanical, electrical, or programming) will void Power Pack warranty unless written permission is given by Power Pack. Defective parts shall be returned to Power Pack, F.O.B. its factory, and replacement or repaired parts shall be shipped by Power Pack, F.O.B. its factory. Power Pack does not warrant components manufactured by others but will submit to the purchaser, upon request, the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of motor failure, please contact either the nearest authorized service outlet of the motor manufacturer, or your Power Pack representative.
The foregoing constitutes the entire liability of Power Pack to the Purchaser. There are no warranties, express or implied, other than those contained herein. In no event will Power Pack be liable to the Purchaser, either directly or as an indemnitor, for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, damage or economic injury (including, but not limited to, loss of products, production and/or equipment) to any person or property arising out of, or relating to, the use of its equipment, except as expressly set forth herein. No person, company or other organization is authorized to make any warranties or to allow any exceptions to this warranty, or to assume anyother liability or obligation on behalf of Power Pack in connection with its equipment.
